How can I convert a Flash animation for use in Final Cut Pro?

From today’s mail bag:

I have a client who has a 30 second TV spot, but it is only in .swf format. I have Adobe Flash CS3, which will open it, but I cannot seem to figure out how to convert it into a format that I can import it into Final Cut Pro.

Any suggestions?

Use a third-party program like SnapzPro X or Camtasia Studio to capture the animation and save it as a QuickTime movie that you can bring into FCP.
