Searching for tech help on Parallels web site

This morning I logged onto the Parallels website to research the nature of a problem that a client of mine was having in using Vista in a virtual machine environment. I pinpointed the problem to an issue regarding the installation of Parallels Tools. While accessing the Parallels search window, I ran into a unexpected bug where I asked the Knowledge Base to come up with a list of articles in English and obtained links written in Spanish and German, instead.
